Withdrawals: Canceling a pending withdrawal request

Only one pending withdrawal per payment method is allowed at any time.

If you already have a withdrawal pending to be processed and wish to request a new one through the same method, cancel your previous request, and submit a new one.

In order to cancel a pending withdrawal, go to the Cashier and follow these steps:

  1. Select the More tab.
  2. Select Pending Withdrawals.
  3. Select the transaction you would like to cancel.
  4. Select Continue.
  5. Enter your Stars Account password.
  6. Select the green arrow to confirm the cancellation.

Once confirmed, select Return to Cashier, and an email with details of your canceled transaction(s) will be sent to your registered email address.

Alternatively, if you already have a withdrawal pending to be processed and wish to request a new one, you can select a different payment method. You can also wait until your current pending withdrawal is processed.
