It is with great regret that we’ve had to make the decision to postpone the PokerStars Players No Limit Hold’em Championship (PSPC) 2020 and EPT Barcelona, due to be held at Casino Barcelona, Spain.

Here at PokerStars, we really look forward to these events taking place and particularly so with the PSPC, which will now take place in in 2021.

PSPC Postponement FAQs

To keep you informed, here are some frequently asked questions.

Will the PSPC 2020 event go ahead as scheduled in Barcelona from 20-24 August?

Due to the challenges posed to health and international travel as a result of the global pandemic, Covid-19, we’ve made the decision to postpone EPT Barcelona in August, and as such the 2020 edition of the PSPC.

When will the PSPC event now take place?

We’ve not decided on a definite new date for the PSPC event. We’re currently monitoring the global health situation and will announce information and accompanying promotions as soon as we can.

I have already booked my flights for Barcelona in August. What will happen to my booking?

Please email us at live@pokerstarslive.com with your flight reservations so we can review your request.

Will other live events still go ahead?

We’ve also cancelled the following events for the same reasons as the PSPC 2020.

  • Manila Super Series 14
