Withdrawal Policy Details

Withdrawals are automatically credited back to any and all of the following methods that you have used to make deposits.

Withdrawals are first processed back to the method(s) used to deposit. Within each deposit method, withdrawals are then applied back to your oldest deposit first and your most recent deposit last.

We apologize if our withdrawal policy is an inconvenience, but this is a security feature designed to protect our customers against fraud. It ensures that no one can profit from misuse of another's account.

Visa, Mastercard and Maestro

If you have made any Visa, Mastercard or Maestro deposits in the last 12 months, your withdrawals will automatically be processed back to Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards up to the amount deposited, from the oldest deposit made with this methods to the newest.

NetBanking, CashFree

If you have used NetBanking or CashFree to deposit in the last 12 months, your withdrawals will then be processed back to NetBanking or CashFree up to the amount deposited, again from the amount of your oldest NetBanking or CashFree deposit to the amount of your most recent deposit.

Receiving Your Winnings

If your withdrawal exceeds the total amount you've deposited, you may receive your funds via Direct Bank Transfer – your withdrawal is deposited directly into your bank account.

Other Withdrawal Information

Please note that to comply with local regulations, requests for withdrawals of winnings in excess of INR 10,000 per day are subject to the deduction of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS). For more details on TDS click here.

All funds that are:

  • deposited to your Stars Account
  • or received by a transfer from another player

must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.

In special cases, additional information may be required for a withdrawal to be processed. From time to time it may also be necessary to withhold player winnings until the completion of game play or fraud reviews, which are routinely carried out in order to ensure the integrity of our games.

How to Make a Withdrawal Request

To make a withdrawal request, login to your Stars Account and visit the Cashier.

Select the ‘Withdrawal’ button and input the amount you'd like to withdraw, then choose 'Submit'.

The following screen will display how your withdrawal will be processed. This is only an estimation of how your funds will be disbursed. We cannot guarantee that your withdrawal will be processed exactly as described, as this estimation does not take into account any temporary connectivity problems with outside processors or any issues pertaining to accounts outside of our control.

Review the information on this screen carefully before you complete your withdrawal request. If you see that the card or account designated to receive your withdrawal has been cancelled or has expired, please cancel your withdrawal request and email Support.

Once you submit your withdrawal request, we will send you an email notification confirming each transaction made within your Stars Account. Always refer to your confirmation email after you've made a withdrawal to confirm how your funds were processed.

Withdrawals Processing Time Frame

Withdrawals processed back to previous deposits with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and NetBanking will appear on your statement within 3-10 business days.

Withdrawals processed back to previous deposits with CashFree will be sent to the account you used for deposit via CashFree. Please note that credits to wallets will be applied immediately; others may take 3-10 business days to appear in your account balance.

Direct Bank Transfer withdrawals will be sent for processing within 72 hours. Please allow 1 business day for the funds to appear in your bank account.
